I reckon I could easily live off Japanese cuisine, but save Korean for a treat - although I would probably happily survive on a diet of tteokbokki if i had to.
I just have to say that Breath changed our lives. Sleep tape trained my husband to stop mouth breathing and snoring! His sleep apnea (very mild to begin with) is gone and he only snores when he's on his back. I found the book to go off the deep end a bit in the second half (like running long distances only breathing through his nose!) and I lost interest, but it really brings home the importance of breath and breathing properly!
Yes the first half was definitely more compelling than the second, I agree. I can't imagine going for a full run while nose breathing, it sounds impossible.
I'm so impressed you got along to Melb Food + Wine Fest! I've similarly never been able to get myself to an event, despite being here for years now. Both of the events you went to sound incredible!
I could live on a diet of exclusively Korean food. So many wonderful flavours mmm

Sounds like we’ll need to buddy up on an event next year!
