This was so wonderful to read, thank you for sharing! It's so hard to undo everything we've learned about maximising our time and 'hustling' - I'm definitely on a similar journey regarding not feeling guilty for resting! Sidenote - I love the way you answer the 'what do you do' question. I'm going to start giving that a go!

Thank you! Yes, I feel like it's gonna take some time to put the guilt aside, particularly when attempting to 'do nothing', but the reward will be worth it. And thanks for the feedback - I'm pleased to hear these sorts of posts are helpful. :-)

Like you say, rest is so important and it's unfortunate that it seems to be something you have to schedule to make it work. The advice you've outlined is spot on and something we all could probably stand to introduce into our habits, as tough as it is!
