I loved reading about your adventure urban foraging! I honestly don't know if I'd ever be 100% confident that something is okay to eat myself, but I find it so fascinating reading about what you're learning. Also, I am SO mad on your behalf that your roses are being stolen!!

I'm learning it really takes months of observation, which is a weird adjustment when we're all used to going to the supermarkets and immediately finding what we want. But it's fun! Argh I know. It means I end up cutting them and taking them inside, which is sad as I'd like everyone locally to enjoy them.

Really encouraged by the cocktail section. I hope you uncover more of Melbourne's top cocktails. Even if the oyster one isn't to my particular tastes, it's certainly a peculiar and noteworthy drink experience that I'd love to see more of!!
